I just had a little girl on the 20th ( a week and 2 days ago) she was 6pounds 9oz.. I had did a VBAC which was successful If your not sure what a VBAC is it is a vaginal delivery after c section. I did not rip at all but the doctor did say My wall riped a little so I got 2 inner stitches. So im not sure what to expect after having a vaginal delivery. Yesterday I started having some what of pain down there it feels like a big bruise or like I have had sex for like days and I was wondering if that is normal? I also sometimes feel like there a tampon in me or something when I don't. After I had her it was really bad and and really felt it when I went to the bathroom. It comes and it goes I don't have that feeling all the time, could this be my stitches Im feeling and is this normal as well. Im really worried and has me stressing and im to the point where I don't wanna do anything., So I have no clue what a vaginal delivery feels like.

A:Ive had 2 vaginal deliveries the most recent was 10 weeks ago and the pain you are feeling is normal. All your muscles, bones n tissues have to heal and move back in place. It really does feel like a huge bruise down there. just keep it clean and taking a warm bath does help. I even had swelling but that goes away too its all from the baby pushing its way out. You should be better in another week or so. This may be tmi but sex was a lil painful for me up until this week so everyone heals differently. Long as you dont have fever or dark urine you should be ok.Congrats on the new bundle of joy!!! Newer news items:
