lol 18 month olds are so much fun and not too hard. the parents will explain all that there is to explain im sure. they will tell you where the diapers are and when to give him a bottle if he still takes one. all you have to do is play with him. chase him around, tickle him, play with blocks with him im sure they will have baby toys there. good luck!
