I Just had A Baby A Week and 2 Days Ago And Need Help Please!!?

I just had a little girl on the 20th ( a week and 2 days ago) she was 6pounds 9oz.. I had did a VBAC which was successful. I did not rip at all but the doctor did say My wall riped a little so I got 2 inner stitches. So im not sure what to expect after having a vaginal delivery. Yesterday I started having some what of pain down there it feels like a big bruise or like I have had sex for like days and I was wondering if that is normal? I also sometimes feel like there a tampon in me or something when I don't. After I had her it was really bad. It comes and it goes I don't have that feeling all the time, could this be my stitches Im feeling and is this normal as well.
