Birth control preferance?

I need to go on birth control, not because im sexually active, but because my acne is horrendus, my cramps are insanely painful, and i want to stop pmsing all the time. I would also like if it increased my chest size, but that is not as important as clearing up my acne. What is the best brand for this that is not over 40$ a month?
