With tears rolling down her face while she is still sleeping. She is doing it several times a night. But if I put her binkkie in her mouth she automatically will stop what's going on is this normal A:That's pretty young for night terrors, but that is what that's called. I'd call her pediatrician. |

A little history* A lot of family conflict is going on, so this could be the cause of it, or help it. My mom is trying to declare me incompetent to my caseworker, so she can get have guardian ship over me when I turn eighteen, (I JUST turned seventeen) I'm a junior at highschool. A:If you had a normal, uncomplicated vaginal birth, and the child was discharged within 24 hours, the first checkup with the family physician should be in 24 - 48 hours, preferably 24, as there is testing that needs to be done around 48 hours after birth.
If discharged 24-48 hours after birth, the first checkup should be within 48 hours to 7 days.
For csection, you will likely be in hospital for 3-5 days. As suck, you will want to schedule an appointment for 2-5 days... |

Of course, all babies come out very light, almost white. My daughter is 100% black. I am lightskin and her dad is even lighter. Today she is one month and she's about her dad's color. Is this her color for life? A:Not necessarily, she could be 2 or 3 before she gains all of her color or this could be it. No way to tell other than to wait and see if it changes. |

My baby had major latch issues when she was born so after speaking with several lactation consultants, nurses, & friends I was told to pump milk to feed her but work daily with trying to get her to latch. She's 3 weeks old & just started latching. When I was pumping, I was pumping 7-8 times a day, about every 3 hours & 4 at night. Now im trying to exclusively bf with hand pumping just to empty but within an hour of feeding my breasts become painfully... |
